The “Weinstein effect” is more real than ever, and it hasn’t taken long for women to stand up and share their stories of the unwanted sexual encounters with well-known businessmen, politicians, and celebrities. The #metoo movement has created a storm of fire and fury, and from what we can see, there are no signs of the clouds breaking anytime soon.
Lingering in the background, it seemed like it was only a matter of time before more stories would begin to surface. And sure enough, here we are. Nineteen women have recently come forward to bravely share their stories and experiences of President Donald Trump‘s sexual misconduct (as of December 2017). In chronological order, here are the stories.
1. “He was like an octopus…His hands were everywhere”
- Jessica Leeds, 1980s
Over 35 years ago, Jessica Leeds was kindly upgraded to first-class. When she took her newly assigned seat, it was Donald Trump warming the seat next to her. Once the complimentary meal was cleared, Trump lifted the armrest and began groping Leeds. Leed came forward with her story in an effort to shed light on Trump’s presidential candidacy.

What came to light in the divorce deposition between Ivana and Donald Trump is at the very least alarming. During a tour of his mansion, Trump pulled Harth into a bedroom, where he began aggressively harassing her. After attempting to put his hands up her skirt, Harth demanded him to stop.
In 1995, Harth and her partner broke their business partnership with Trump, and she sued him for the sexual harassment. In 1997, they settled outside of court for an undisclosed amount.
